My husband and I moved to Tuscan Highlands one year ago. The property is incredible, neighbors are wonderful, just an overall positive “feel” to the community. The staff are personable and the amenities are second to none. We love it here!

I lived at Quail Cove for almost 2 years, it's a good place to be! Very quiet around the apartments, my neighbors were all really cool and kind. The office has some wonderful people as well and their maintenance crew is awesome. I enjoyed living there!

I can't get over this complex. As soon as we moved in, we were welcomed greatly. along with that, any issues or service requests we have are quickly resolved; with fantastic customer service. I'm still in awE that I live here.

We were so happy when we found Maravilla Apartments! V in the front office has been the best, she literally went the extra mile on move in day! We are so happy here. great price, beautiful upgrades, quiet community, and pet friendly! Close to the 101 & Westgate. My son Especially loves seeing the jets take off!
